- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries professionally, and route calls efficiently using excellent phone etiquette
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure documents are proofread for accuracy
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Assist with clerical duties including copying, scanning, filing, and updating records in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle calls effectively
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse clients and visitors
