Beacon Behavior Consultants is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team.
The BCBA Supervisor plays a key leadership role in overseeing clinical programming, supporting team members, and ensuring high-quality ABA services for our clients and families.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and support Case Supervisors, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians within a 3-tier service model
• Develop, implement, and maintain individualized ABA programs
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and write progress reports
• Monitor client progress, skill acquisition, and program effectiveness
• Lead monthly progress meetings with families and clinical teams
• Ensure data accuracy through regular reliability and fidelity checks
• Provide parent training and support based on treatment plans
• Oversee and complete clinical documentation (evaluations, treatment notes, reports)
• Provide ongoing staff training and fieldwork supervision for student analysts
• Maintain professional communication with families and team members
• Stay current with ABA research, trends, and best practices
Qualifications
• Active BCBA Certification (required)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with children with autism
• Strong leadership, clinical, and organizational skills
• Experience with evidence-based ABA methodologies (PRT, NET, PECS, BST, FCT, EFA)
• Excellent communication and ability to provide constructive feedback
• Professional, reliable, and compassionate approach
Additional Requirements
• Valid CPR & First Aid Certification
• Ability to pass background clearance and TB test
• Reliable transportation with valid California driver’s license and insurance
• Willingness to travel to client locations (up to 25 miles)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
