Salary Range: $18.00 - $24.91

Location: Boston, MA
Principal Objective
Assist the overall Accounting and Finance functions including accounting monthly close process, financial reporting, accounts payable process and special projects.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Treasury Function
- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations,
- Enter, verify, and maintain accurate financial data in the accounting system
- Assist with invoice processing, expense reports, and vendor documentation
- Perform basic account reconciliations under supervision (bank, credit card, or general ledger accounts)
- Support the monthly and quarterly close process by preparing schedules, schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Help to prepare monthly/quarter presentation materials for internal and external audiences.
- Interact with and help support other departments when necessary, including Tax, Treasury and FP&A.
Job Specifications (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required)
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
- Detail orientated with strong organization skills
