Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
Location: Pittsfield, MA; Boston, MA; or Providence, RI
Purpose/Objective:
The Regional Marketing Coordinator supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen the bank’s brand, build customer relationships, support business growth, and increase awareness within the communities the bank serves. The Coordinator assists with company events, sponsorships, advertising, campaigns, and development of promotional materials while ensuring all marketing activities are consistent with the bank’s brand and regulatory requirements.
Key Accountabilities:
- Create Coordinate regional marketing projects, campaigns and initiatives across the organization.
- Create, edit and proofread marketing materials including flyers, advertisements, presentations, signage, graphics, and promotional materials.
- Track Regional Marketing projects, coordinate deliverables, and manage deadlines in collaboration with the Director of Regional Marketing and Regional Marketing Managers.
- Assist with the planning, logistics, development of marketing and promotional materials and ultimate execution of bank events.
- Collaborate with outside agencies, printers, designers, photographers, and other vendors as needed.
- Coordinate and process regional bank sponsorships in conjunction with the Regional Marketing Managers.
- Maintain consistent branding, messaging and tone across all marketing channels, assets and locations.
- Ensure marketing materials follow applicable bank policies, brand standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign or similar graphic design tools
- Events management and prior marketing experience preferred
- Experience in financial services, banking, or another regulated industry a plus
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of Graphic Design
- Solid written, verbal, editing, proofreading, and presentation skills
- Strategic, creative, detail-oriented, highly organized, and professional, with sound judgment and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment independently or as part of a team
