Purpose/Objective
Drive revenue of the Cash Management Services department and products through a holistic approach, including product offerings, profitability, operational efficiencies and compliance. Collaborate across all business lines and functional departments to optimize process, implement change, and expand opportunities.
Key Accountabilities
Cash Management Product/Revenue Management
Ensures compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by one’s duties.

Key Accountabilities
Cash Management Product/Revenue Management
- Develop and lead the pricing strategy of Cash Management Services across the Company footprint
- Utilize knowledge of institutional and industry pricing to develop standardized approach to analyzed and non-analyzed fees
- Harmonize legacy and grandfathered pricing with allowances for special markets and verticals to minimize exceptions and waivers and drive revenue growth
- Conduct annual/biennial pricing reviews and events by analyzing revenue reports, market data and evaluating customer impact
- Optimize pricing policies and procedures and maximize analysis modeling system and
- Review/analysis/revamp of packaged pricing- especially for small business to capture more revenue and minimize effort/exceptions
- Standardize response and bidding process for efficiency, accuracy and professionalism
- Work with across lines of business including Product and Marketing to create a repository of uniform response for use with municipal and commercial RFP responses
- Centralize offerings and product offering/procedures across footprint
- Work with Marketing and other teams to formalize offerings and educate LOBs
- Develop operational support, policy and procedure for Product Offerings inclusive of Audit and Business Continuity

- Understands emerging products and services in the Cash Management industry
- Fields requests by LOBs and clients for new Products
- Builds and presents business cases for potential new product offerings

Education
- BS/BA degree or equivalent, Business, Marketing or related fields.
- 10 years of banking, including Product and Profitability.
- Demonstrated excellence in following skills: leadership, influence & negotiation, risk management, verbal and written communication and facilitation.
