Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

Purpose/Objective:
Partner with various lines of business across the Organization to facilitate documentation updates, assessment, review, and improvement of information captured on third party profiles and their related records and questionnaires within the Archer GRC Platform. This position will operate independently and as part of a team to provide support to lines of business to ensure their third party records are complete, and all information captured follows appropriate guidelines and procedures.
Key Accountabilities:
* Manage the third party profile and related record inventory through the collection of required due diligence and ongoing monitoring information from lines of business. Work closely with assigned lines of business to ensure accurate input of current or prospective third party services, gather appropriate documentation and launch required assessments. Escalate risk-related issues identified through this process.
* Identify gaps in record and documentation quality and work with assigned lines of business to address necessary updates.
* Monitor the status of all open risk, control, and stakeholder assessments to ensure timely and accurate completion by the lines of business. Escalate past due assessments as appropriate. Review completed assessments and educate lines of business on accurate completion.
* Track requested and open third party exceptions. Review regularly with lines of business the nature of the request and monitor progress of any remediation work being performed.
* Deliver excellent internal customer service by providing appropriate assistance to the various divisions of the Organization with the use and execution of the Archer GRC Platform. Solicit feedback from the business lines on suggested improvements. Provide training material to the business lines for reference.
* Assist the Third Party Risk Manager on any special projects as needed.
* Assume additional responsibilities and duties as necessary to ensure department objectives are met.
* Ensures compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by one's duties.
Education:
* Associate's degree in business or equivalent experience.
Experience:
* Minimum 1 years of banking and customer service experience.
* Experience in various risk management, compliance, and regulatory areas preferred.
Skills & Knowledge:
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Attention to detail, ability to prioritize work and maintain multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver quality work in a timely fashion in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility and ability to think creatively and to identify new ways to approach old problems.
* Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
* Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
* PC Skills including Microsoft PC Skills including Microsoft Office products.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
