We are seeking a skilled and dependable Property Maintenance Technician to support the daily maintenance and upkeep of one of our multifamily residential communities. Standard office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. This position participates in a structured on-call rotation and responds to after-hours property emergencies as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to maintain safe and efficient communities
• Diagnose and complete repairs involving, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
• Perform general maintenance including carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and unit restoration
• Complete apartment turnovers within established timelines to support occupancy goals
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally
• Support fire, life safety, and security systems and coordinate specialized vendor work as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of buildings, amenities, and grounds
• Partner with Property Management on inspections and resident move-ins and move-outs
• Maintain accurate work orders, inventory records, and maintenance documentation
• Participate in seasonal maintenance activities including snow removal, landscaping, and other community support tasks

What You Bring

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance, repair, trade, facilities, or related experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varying environments

Preferred:

• Experience in residential, apartment, affordable housing, or facilities maintenance
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems
• Experience using maintenance tracking systems and mobile work order platforms
