This role focuses on turnover cleans between guest stays, meaning homes must be cleaned, staged, and fully guest-ready on a set schedule. We supply all cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Responsibilities
- Clean vacation rental homes between guest stays meeting our cleaning standards
- Perform detailed housekeeping including sanitizing surfaces, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Make beds with clean linens and reset bedrooms
- Clean, reset and stage kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Check and restock guest consumables as needed
- Complete light outdoor pickup (patios, entryways) and clean grills when required
- Report damages, missing items, or issues promptly using our system
- Use Breezeway to complete clean reports, checklists, and updates
- Experience with vacation rental or hotel housekeeping and cleaning preferred
- Understanding of turn-day timelines and expectations
- Comfortable and familiar with cleaning to hospitality standards
- Able to use a smartphone and cleaning apps like Breezeway
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- $17.50/hour
- Daytime shifts based on guest check-outs and check-ins
- Flexible availability is a must
