Who We Are
Beachside Social is a coastal restaurant on Scenic Highway 98 in Destin. We're all about good food, good vibes, and a team that actually gives a damn. We cook fresh, we move fast, and we take care of each other. We're building out our kitchen crew and we need people who show up, work hard, and want to be part of something worth being part of.
Line Cook — $18–$22/hr DOE
We need cooks who know how to hold a station and don't fall apart when it gets busy. You'll be working a full commercial line — prep, service, breakdown, all of it. If you're the kind of person who takes pride in clean mise en place and consistent plates, we want to talk to you.
What you'll be doing:
Running your station during service — prep, cooking, plating
Keeping your area clean and organized from open to close
Following recipes and portion specs consistently
Communicating with the team — calling out, helping out
Assisting with prep and batch cooking before service
Receiving and rotating product correctly
What we're looking for:
At least 2 years of line experience in a real kitchen
Someone who can work fast without getting sloppy
Solid fundamentals — knife skills, heat control, timing
A team-first attitude — no lone wolves
Food handler cert or willing to get one before you start
Available days, nights, weekends, and holidays — you know how it goes
