Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated licensed Property Manager to join our dynamic team. The Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned condominium associations, serve as the primary point of contact for boards of directors, and ensure that properties are managed in compliance with governing documents, state regulations, and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Be a proactive member of a collaborative team committed to efficient, effective and excellent Service.
- Maintain knowledge of Florida Condominium Law and stay current with industry regulations & best practices.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and the management company.
- Attend & facilitate Board Meetings. Scheduling, preparing agendas & proxies, voting & minutes preparation.
- Provide guidance on operational and compliance matters with the board and prepare management reports.
- Manage insurance renewals & facilitate claims with the board.
- Manage vendor relationships, obtain bids, oversee contracted services, and ensure quality performance.
- Handle promptly and professionally owner and board inquiries.
- Oversee the field maintenance supervisor and the daily operations/upkeep of buildings & common areas.
- Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs & ensure compliance with association policies.
- Assist boards with enforcing community rules and regulations.
- Participate in a rotation of on-call responsibilities for after-hours emergencies.
- Occasional after-hours board meetings
- Collaborate with the accounting team for budget review, financials, check runs and assist with reserve planning.
Qualifications:
- Florida CAM License active and in good standing.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing condominium communities.
- Strong understanding of Florida statutes and condominium governance.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties independently.
- Comfortable using property management software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor; effective communication in person, via phone and in writing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Adobe PDF, Windows 10, Google Email and Calendar.
· Attention to detail, follow-up and ability to multitask.
· Ability to follow checklists, policies, procedures and verbal instructions quickly.
Job Type: Full-time Hours: M-F 8-4 Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience
