Beachside Lighting, a local landscape lighting manufacturer based in Kailua, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a full-time Administrative Assistant.

This role supports both our Accounting Department and Production Manager and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys both administrative work and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide backup phone support by assisting with incoming calls when needed
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers as needed
  • Assist customers with professionalism and care via phone and email
  • Coordinate with vendors to follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely fulfillment
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Support accounting functions, including receiving payments, processing deposits, and filing invoices
  • Provide administrative support to the Production Manager
  • Maintain accurate and organized records

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of administrative experience
  • At least 1 year of basic accounting experience (payments, deposits, invoicing)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Positive attitude with strong customer service skills
