We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Service Advisor / Shop Coordinator who can keep our service department running efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience and helping grow service revenue.

What You'll Do
You'll oversee the daily workflow of the service department while ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and professional service.
Customer Service
- Welcome service customers
- Schedule service appointments
- Write repair orders and service estimates
- Communicate repair progress and completion updates
- Explain recommended repairs and maintenance
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
Shop Coordination
- Manage daily shop workflow
- Assign repair orders to technicians
- Track repair status from check-in through delivery
- Coordinate approvals for additional repairs
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on schedule
- Help maximize technician productivity
Sales & Revenue Growth
Help customers improve ownership by recommending:
- Routine maintenance
- Manufacturer-recommended repairs
- Extended warranties
- Lithium battery upgrades
- Wheels & tires
- Lift kits
- Lighting packages
- Windshields
- Rear seats
- Enclosures
- Audio systems
- Other accessories and performance upgrades

Parts & Administration
- Coordinate parts ordering
- Verify parts availability before scheduling repairs
- Prepare repair estimates and invoices
- Maintain accurate service records
- Communicate with vendors when necessary
- Keep service documentation organized
Shop Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized service department
- Monitor repair timelines
- Support technicians as needed
- Ensure company processes and safety standards are followed

QualificationsRequired
- 2 years of Service Advisor, Shop Coordinator, or Service Management experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience writing repair orders and estimates
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license

- Golf cart experience
- Automotive dealership experience
- Powersports, motorcycle, RV, or marine experience
- Parts and inventory experience
- Upselling and service sales experience
- CRM or dealership management software experience
Compensation
- Starting salary of $45,000 per year based on experience
