Beachner Grain, Inc. is seeking qualified applicants for an Agribusiness Facility Manager at our Humboldt, KS facility.
Responsibilities of the job include:
- Manage all functions of the facility to ensure a safe and productive work environment
- Train, develop and support elevator staff
- Drive continuous improvement in all areas of the operation
- Promote sales growth through all facets of the business
- Provide customer service support to both internal and external customers.
- Work closely with company management toward achievement of strategic goals
Qualified applicants will possess the following:
- A strong agricultural background, with prior experience in grain elevator operations and/or agronomy retail operations preferred
- A solid understanding of agronomy services sought by producers in these regions of Kansas
- A Commercial Applicator Certification, or willingness to attain certification
- A strong work ethic and positive team-work attitude
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft office products
- Experience with general business system accounting software
- Excellent communication skills
