Year Round, Full Time opening for a Maintenance Person for varying shifts - Immediate Start.

• A Full Time job as a hands on Maintenance Team member at the Beachmere Inn, Ogunquit. We are looking for a well rounded person who is self directed as you may be working alone completing certain tasks and is a people person who likes working with the public. During the the season, you will be answering room maintenance calls, assisting the Front Desk at times procuring items for guest requests, helping in setting up and breaking down function spaces, delivering linen supplies to linen closets, working on clearing snow, painting, trash and recyclables removal, etc. - all this in addition to working on maintenance projects. No day is ever the same in the hospitality industry.
• Your work week would include weekends and also some holidays when we are open to the public. During the quieter months job tasks will vary depending on the winter time renovation projects & snow removal tasks.
  
  
  

Ideally you have basic experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting but are willing to learn and pitch in wherever needed. It is a busy environment, and you will get your steps in as you walk the property, go up and down stairs and assist where needed. Free employee parking on site.
