Love People, Creativity & All Things Beaches?

Are you outgoing, creative, and always ready to bring the sunshine? Do you love connecting with people, planning fun events, and finding new ways to get a brand noticed? We're looking for a Part-Time Marketing Ambassador who's ready to bring fresh ideas, positive energy, and a little Beaches magic to everything they do!

At Beaches Tanning & Spa, we're all about creating feel-good experiences, building connections, and spreading sunshine in our communities. From local events and exciting promotions to business partnerships and in-store marketing, you'll help bring our brand to life beyond the salon!

This is a hands-on, in-office role with opportunities to get out into the community, meet new people, build relationships with local businesses, and create buzz around the Beaches brand.

If you're a natural people person who loves getting creative, making connections, and turning ideas into action, this could be your kind of sunshine!

What You'll Be Doing

• Bring the Beaches Vibe: Represent Beaches at community events, pop-ups, promotional activities, and local happenings.

• Create the Buzz: Help bring marketing campaigns, promotions, coupon distributions, and social promotions to life.

• Make Connections: Reach out to local businesses, build partnerships, and discover exciting opportunities to grow our community presence.

• Make Events Happen: Help coordinate event details, promotional materials, and employee schedules for marketing activities.

• Share Your Ideas: Collaborate with the Marketing Team to brainstorm creative campaigns and fresh ways to engage our audience.

• Track the Impact: Monitor outreach and campaign results and share updates with the Marketing Manager.

• Own Your Projects: Stay organized, take initiative, and follow through while bringing a positive, professional attitude to everything you do.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• You're outgoing, personable, and comfortable talking to new people.

• You bring positive energy, creativity, and a can-do attitude.

• You enjoy marketing, social media, events, sales, or building relationships.

• You're organized, dependable, and great at following through.

• You can juggle multiple projects and adapt when things get busy.

• You're confident representing a brand and connecting with local businesses.

• You have flexible availability for occasional evenings and weekends.

• You have reliable transportation for local events and business outreach.

Marketing, event, sales, or retail experience is a plus, but it's not everything! If you have the personality, initiative, and enthusiasm to learn, we want to hear from you.

The Beaches Perks

• Competitive Pay: $15 per hour, based on experience.

• Free Tanning & Spa Services: Enjoy some Beaches perks of your own!

• Employee Discounts: 30% off products.

• Room to Grow: Build your marketing skills and explore opportunities for advancement within Beaches.

• Hands-On Experience: Gain real-world experience in marketing, events, promotions, and community partnerships.

• A Fun, Energetic Brand: Be part of a team that believes in positive vibes, great experiences, and bringing sunshine to everything we do.
