Average hourly: $21-$25 (base pay: $17-$19 an hour base plus uncapped commission and bonus incentives)

We're currently hiring a Assistant Store Manager for our new Springville location! We are looking for someone who's excited to lead, grow, and make a big impact from day one.

What You'll Do:

• 
  Lead daily operations and create a positive, energetic store culture
  


• 
  Train, coach, and develop your team
  


• 
  Drive membership sales and retail performance
  


• 
  Manage scheduling, labor hours, inventory, and payroll
  


• 
  Ensure store cleanliness and maintenance meet brand standards
  


• 
  Work closely with marketing and HR to support store growth
  


• 
  Organize monthly team meetings and promote goal setting
  


• 
  Represent the Beaches brand in the community through outreach, local marketing, and events
  

What We're Looking For:
 
This is a new store, which means things will change and evolve quickly. We need a Store Manager who is:

Qualifications:

• 
  High school diploma or GED required
  


• 
  2 years retail sales or customer service experience
  


• 
  1 year of management experience
  


• 
  Available to work full-time (including some evenings and weekends)
  


• 
  Must work at the Springville location and support nearby stores as needed
