What You'll Do
- Lead by example and help create a positive, high-energy salon vibe
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences (we call it the "Beaches Glow")
- Coach and motivate your team to hit sales goals and shine
- Drive memberships, product sales, and promotions with confidence
- Help manage daily operations and keep the salon running smoothly
- Be the go-to leader during evening and weekend shifts
- Weekdays: 2:00pm - Close
- Weekends: Saturday & Sunday availability required
What You'll Earn
- Base pay up to $20/hour
- Uncapped commissions (your confidence = your reward)
