Sales Associates: You'll create an amazing guest experience while helping clients look and feel their best.
What You'll Do:
- Build relationships with guests and recommend products, services, and memberships
- Drive sales through personalized consultations and service upgrades
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every visit
- Assist with daily salon operations, including cleaning, stocking, and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Work as part of a fun, positive, goal-driven team to achieve store goals
Associate Managers / Sales Leads: You'll help lead the team while delivering an amazing guest experience.
What You'll Do:
- Drive sales, memberships, and service upgrades
- Coach and motivate team members
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Support daily operations and opening/closing procedures
