As a Beaches Associate Store Manager/Shift Lead you will assist the Store Manager in leading your store location while building a high-performing, guest-focused team.

- Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and drive overall business performance
- Lead, coach, and develop a motivated commission sales team
- Drive commission sales, memberships, customer service upgrades, and revenue growth
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience on every visit
- Train, motivate, and retain a team of top talent
- Inspire your team to crush individual and store goals
- Oversee opening, closing, and daily operational standards
