What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sous Chef position at Beach Shop and Grill?
The Beach Shop and Grill, located in Topsail Beach, NC is looking for a Sous Chef. We are a casual fine dining restaurant located 45 minutes from Wilmington and are looking for a highly motivated culinary professional with at least 5 years experience. Applicant must be creative and have a passion for the food service industry. Sous Chef must report to the Executive Chef and be a team player, leader, responsible for staff training, motivate the kitchen team while promoting a positive environment. Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef with labor cost control, food cost control, cleanliness and maintaining quality of food produced.
Salary : $48,000 - $60,000
