Beach Road Precision Manufacturing LLC. DBA Hardrock HDDP is seeking a Fabrication & Welding Specialist to support daily fabrication, welding, finishing, and production operations. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and has hands-on shop experience with welding and fabrication processes.

As a Fabricator Welder Specialist your role is to create metal structures and products using welding and fabrication techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic fabrication and welding task using MIG and stick welding.
- Mechanically inclined to drill, grind and sand parts.
- Takes raw materials and turns them into finished products by cutting, bending, welding, and shaping metal.
- Complete date entry for job tracking, production logs, and work orders.
- Accurately read tape measures: ability to read calipers and micrometers is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine product specifications and dimensions.
- Use various power and hand tools, such as grinders, saws, and drills, to shape and cut metal pieces to fit specific designs.
- Use specialized welding machines, such as MIG, TIG, and stick welders, to join metal parts together into finished products.
- Operate and maintain equipment and tools to ensure their proper functioning and safety.
- Load, unload, and move materials: heavy lifting required.
Required Qualifications:
- Some experience with MIG and/or stick welding
- Mechanically inclined with hands-on shop or trade experience.
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials
- Comfortable working in a fabrication/manufacturing shop environment
- Basic computer skills for data entry
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
- Experience reading calipers and micrometers
- Spray gun painting or industrial coating experience
- Previous fabrication, welding, or manufacturing experience
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs.
- Ability to wear required PPE (welding helmet, gloves, eye protection, respirator when required)

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs or more at any given time throughout the day.
- High school diploma or equivalent

- 8-hour shift
