We own, operate, and manage multiple apartment buildings in New York City and handle everything from property management to compliance, tenant relations, and operational improvements. Our Hartsdale office is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented intern to assist with a variety of real-world business operations.

What You’ll Do:
We assign tasks based on real needs, meaning your work will have a direct impact on business operations. Responsibilities may include:
- Management & Operations Projects – Help streamline and improve company processes.
- Financial Reconciliation – Assist in matching Section 8 payments against leases and prescribed rents.
- Regulatory Compliance & Paperwork – Support filings, permits, and the resolution of open violations.
- Tenant & Property Coordination – Organize access for repairs and assist with peak vacancy season logistics.
- Marketing & Outreach – Contribute to marketing strategies and tenant communications.
- Data Management & Reporting – Build reports, organize records, and support data analysis projects.
- Technology & Workflow Automation – Get hands-on exposure to industry software and help identify operational improvements.
