Beach Lake Sprinkler Fire Protection Services, a subsidiary of Davis-Ulmer Sprinkler Company, was founded in 1992 and is a well-rounded fire protection company with two offices: Beach Lake, PA and Brooksville, FL. We excel in new construction, renovation, retrofit, and service work for warehouse, distribution, pharmaceutical, hospital, nursing home, industrial, residential and retail markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed drawings, layouts, and plans using CAD software.
- Interpret technical briefings, sketches, and specifications from engineers and architects.
- Amend and revise drawings in response to feedback, design changes, and site visits.
- Ensure drawings comply with legal, industry, and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve design or documentation issues.
- Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and documentation following the company’s filing system.
- Perform regular quality checks on drawings and models.
- Support design teams in project planning, modeling, and visualization tasks.
- Stay updated with advancements in CAD technologies and practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of engineering or architectural drawings and principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Relevant qualification: Diploma or degree in CAD, engineering, architecture, or related field.
- Previous experience as a CAD Technician or in a related technical drawing role preferred.
