Beach Janitorial Services is seeking a dependable Janitorial Team Member to service a commercial bank located in the Freshfields area of Johns Island.
Schedule
- Monday, Wednesday, & Friday
- Start time: 6:00 PM
- Must be completed by 10:00 PM
- Average cleaning time: 30-40 minutes per visit
Compensation
- $250.00 per month
- Paid via Direct Deposit
- 2 payments of $125.00 each month on the 5th and 20th
- 1099 Independent Contractor position
- Hourly Breakdown of Pay is: Roughly $21.00 Per Hour
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques.
- Handle chemical cleaning agents safely, adhering to all safety protocols and using personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain and operate janitorial equipment efficiently, including vacuums, and cleaning tools.
Good To Have
- Some janitorial or custodial experience in commercial settings.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly while using PPE appropriately.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina for lifting, manual handling, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service to interact professionally with staff and visitors.
Pay: $250.00 per month
