Part-Time Evening Janitorial Team Member (1099 Contractor)
Job Summary
Beach Janitorial Services, LLC is seeking a dependable Part-Time Evening Janitorial Team Member to service two commercial facilities located in Surfside Beach and Murrells Inlet, SC.
These two locations are assigned as one route and cannot be separated.
Schedule:
- Murrells Inlet: 4 evenings per week (No service on Wednesday)
- Surfside Beach: 6 evenings per week (No service on Sunday)
- Cleaning begins after 5:30 PM (Saturday after 2:00 PM)
- Each location takes approximately 45 minutes to complete.
This position is ideal for someone looking to earn supplemental income with a consistent evening schedule.
Compensation
- 1099 Independent Contractor Position
- $540.00 per month
- Paid twice monthly via Direct Deposit
- $270.00 on the 5th
- $270.00 on the 20th
- Average equivalent earnings of approximately $18.00 per hour
All cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals are provided at each client location.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Restock restroom and facility consumables as needed.
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely.
- Follow all chemical handling and safety procedures.
- Maintain company quality standards.
- Report maintenance concerns, supply shortages, or equipment issues promptly.
- Complete required documentation and photos after each service when applicable.
Qualifications
- Previous commercial janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform routine physical cleaning tasks including bending, standing, walking, and reaching.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
