Job Summary
Beach Janitorial Services is currently hiring for a part-time evening cleaning route in the Johns Island area. This position includes three bank locations that must all be serviced as part of the route.
Two Banks are Monday-Friday (5 Nights Per Week)
One Bank is Mon/Wed/Friday (3 Nights Per Week)
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Part-time evening work
- Must be reliable and detail-oriented
Compensation:
- $350 paid twice per month (on the 5th and 20th)
- $700 total monthly income
- Paid via direct deposit
Job Responsibilities:
- Trash removal
- Bathroom cleaning & restocking
- Dusting surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- General janitorial cleanings
Requirements
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following safety guidelines
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize daily cleaning tasks efficiently
