We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized Marketing Coordinator to join our Brand Marketing team! The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Brand Marketing Team and reporting to the Sr. Manager of Brand Marketing. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand marketing strategies, campaign execution, and consumer engagement initiatives.
We are a remote-first company, but you must be local to Los Angeles, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
- Social Media/Community Management: Support the management of BEIS Travel's social media platforms, including DM management and community engagement.
- Influencer Partnerships: Support the influencer manager with research/identification of influencers and campaign strategies.
- Brand Partnerships: Help identify and nurture strategic brand partnerships and collaborations to expand BEIS Travel's reach and visibility.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and executing brand events, product launches, and experiential marketing activations to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, track campaign performance, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or related roles (internship experience is acceptable).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Passion for branding, storytelling, and creative expression.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the brand.
Salary Range: $34.62 - $38.46 Hourly ~ ($72,000 - $80,000 annually)
