- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Support food preparation tasks, including assembling orders and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Promote menu items through upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and sales
- Manage food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring all food handling complies with health regulations.
- Support cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions
Skills
- Previous experience in food service, quick service, or fast food restaurants is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently
