Join Our Guest Services Team: Quality Assurance Property Inspector

Hi there — We are Beach Getaways, and I’m excited that you’re considering a spot on our Operations Team. We’re a growing vacation rental management company, and right now we’re looking for Quality Assurance Property Inspectors to help us keep our promise to every guest who walks through the door: a clean, comfortable, ready-to-enjoy property, every single time.

What You’d Be Doing

As a QA Property Inspector, you’re the last set of eyes on a property before a guest arrives and the first set of eyes after they leave. You’ll inspect our rental homes before and after departure cleans to confirm our housekeeping standards were met, and you’ll be the one who catches the small things before they become guest complaints.

Day to day, this looks like:

• Inspecting properties before and after departure cleans to verify our cleaning standards are met
• Recording and reporting any cleaning or maintenance issues through the Beach Getaways app
• Taking photos and completing a detailed inspection checklist for each property
• Doing light cleaning, touch-ups, sweeping, vacuuming, and surface wiping as needed to get a home guest ready
• Delivering and restocking inventory items in properties as needed
• Providing your own reliable transportation to properties throughout Orange Beach
• Staying flexible to meet the needs of guests and owners, and pitching in on other related duties as they come up

This is precise, detail-driven work. You’ll follow well-established procedures closely, and there’s real value in checking your work — twice, if needed. The pace is steady and consistent, the standards are clear, and the satisfaction comes from doing the same job well, day after day, so our guests and owners can trust what they’re getting every time.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone of good character — courteous, self-motivated, and genuinely detail-oriented. You don’t need to have worked in vacation rentals before, but you should bring:

• An outgoing, hospitality-focused, friendly, self-starting personality
• A team-player mindset, energetic attitude, and professional appearance
• Strong written, verbal, and computer skills, including some research ability
• Solid customer service skills or experience
• A stable work history
• A positive, upbeat attitude — consistently
• Availability to work weekends and holidays during our busy season (this role includes a regular weekend schedule)
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to complete a short job assessment (5–10 minutes)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
