Job Summary :
The Regional Property Supervisor will provide strong leadership and proactively manage a team with a focus on accountability and performance.

Essential Functions :
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly team deadlines.
- Serve as the main point of contact for property owners and managers.
- Oversee a portfolio of multi-family properties in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies related to property management.
- Manage monthly budgets and financial reviews.
- Ensure proper maintenance and performance of assigned properties.
- Supervise employees to ensure timely completion of tasks, including rent collections and timesheets.
- Oversee annual re-certifications for properties.
- Participate in hiring decisions to ensure team alignment.
- Assess property needs and evaluate staff performance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
