Regional Maintenance Supervisor

Description

We’re seeking a hands-on leader to oversee maintenance operations across a multi-property portfolio. This 100% field-based role ensures operational excellence, safety compliance, and resident satisfaction while supporting and guiding maintenance teams.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and train maintenance staff; promote teamwork and safety.
- Oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance, and quality control.
- Respond to emergencies and assist with work orders as needed.
- Manage vendors, budgets, and capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ADA, and Fair Housing standards.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For: 

• 3 to 5 years in multifamily/property maintenance. 
• Supervisory experience with strong technical knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills. - 
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel regionally
