Location: Downey, CA
Pay Rate: $30-$35/hr. DOE
Beach Front Property Management is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for a well-maintained conventional apartment community located in the Downey, CA area.

We are looking for a proactive and reliable maintenance professional who takes pride in maintaining high community standards and leading day-to-day maintenance operations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations for a 100 unit apartment community
- Complete and manage resident service requests in a timely manner
- Lead unit turns and make-ready process for vacant apartments
- Supervise vendors and contractors to ensure quality work
- Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Maintain pool areas, grounds, landscaping, and common areas in a clean and organized condition at all times
- Ensure strong curb appeal and community presentation standards are consistently maintained
- Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance issues
- Maintain inventory, supplies, and maintenance budgets
- Ensure OSHA and safety compliance standards are met
- Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response as needed
Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance supervisory experience required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pools, and general maintenance
- EPA Certification required (Type I & II or Universal preferred)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must provide own basic hand tools
Compensation & Benefits:
