We’re looking for a motivated Leasing Specialist to join our team in South Bay, Orange County, Inglewood and Long Beach, CA. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping people find their next home, we want to hear from you.
Position Details
- Type: Full-Time
- Location: South Bay, Orange County, Inglewood, Long Beach, CA
- Pay: $22.00 hourly
- Auto Allowance: $350/month
- Commission: $500 per lease (after the 7th lease/month)
- Earning Potential: $5,000–$6,000/month or $80,000 /year
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist prospective residents via phone, email, and in person
- Conduct engaging property tours and showcase community features
- Process applications and lease agreements accurately
- Maintain detailed records of leasing activity
- Consistently meet and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets
What You Bring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in sales or leasing (preferred)
- Familiarity with Yardi software (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
