We’re looking for a motivated Leasing Specialist to join our team in South Bay, Orange County, Inglewood and Long Beach, CA. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping people find their next home, we want to hear from you.

 

Position Details

  • Type: Full-Time
  • Location: South Bay, Orange County, Inglewood, Long Beach, CA
  • Pay: $22.00 hourly 
  • Auto Allowance: $350/month
  • Commission: $500 per lease (after the 7th lease/month)
  • Earning Potential: $5,000–$6,000/month or $80,000 /year

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist prospective residents via phone, email, and in person
  • Conduct engaging property tours and showcase community features
  • Process applications and lease agreements accurately
  • Maintain detailed records of leasing activity
  • Consistently meet and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets

What You Bring

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in sales or leasing (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Yardi software (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
