Job Overview:
Sales manager creates and fosters partnerships. They establish relationships with all customers to ensure they feel their needs and expectations are being met. .
Job Duties:
-Conduct door-to-door sales to promote the company’s product line.
-Follow up with leads to generate sales.
-Creates leads through various marketing platforms and follows up in a timely manner.
-Follows company policies and procedures.
-Reviews customer data and anticipates customer needs to improve customer satisfaction and customer retention/loyalty.
-Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
Required Skills and capabilities:
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
-Minimum of 1 year of experience working in selling products.
-Self-motivated with results-driven approach.
-Strong working knowledge of the company`s products, competitive products, and the market
-Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
-Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
