Our 25,000-square-foot campus includes indoor batting cages, HitTrax technology, a fitness center, pro shop, outdoor training space, and a regulation Little League practice field. We offer travel baseball teams, camps, clinics, private lessons, and academic programming for youth athletes.
Role DescriptionThe Assistant Baseball Team Coach is a part- or full-time, on-site position supporting head coaches during practices, games, and team activities. Responsibilities include leading drills, teaching fundamentals, providing player feedback, assisting with evaluations, and maintaining a safe, positive environment.
Coaches must communicate professionally with players, families, and staff while reinforcing teamwork, sportsmanship, accountability, and team culture. The role may also include supporting camps, clinics, and special events.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge of baseball fundamentals
- Youth, travel, high school, college, or club coaching or playing experience preferred
