This is a hands-on leadership role—you will manage day-to-day jobsite operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure quality execution.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site
- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and sequencing to keep projects moving
- Read and interpret plans, details, and specifications accurately
- Maintain and enforce project schedules and timelines
- Ensure jobsites remain clean, organized, and professional at all times (daily cleanup required)
- Set expectations with subcontractors for quality and cleanliness
- Oversee quality control—work must meet high-end residential standards
- Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local building requirements
- Communicate daily progress updates (photos, reports, issues)
- Maintain job documentation (daily logs, change orders, progress notes)
- Identify and solve problems early to avoid delays or rework
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe working environment
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years experience in residential construction (remodels, additions, or custom homes)
- Strong knowledge of framing, waterproofing, and finish work
- Ability to read plans and catch issues before they become problems
- Proven experience managing subcontractors and active jobsites
- High standards for cleanliness, organization, and jobsite presentation
- Reliable, punctual, and communicates clearly with both team and clients
- Takes ownership of the job—not just showing up, but making sure it runs right
