Duties
- Supervise the daily operations of the lot, ensuring smooth vehicle movement and guest services
- Coordinate with dealership staff and delivery drivers to facilitate timely vehicle arrivals and departures
- Assist guests with parking, retrieving vehicles, and providing directions or information as needed
- Maintain safety protocols by monitoring lot conditions, managing traffic flow, and enforcing parking policies
- Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and maintain detailed cash handling records
- Communicate effectively with team members, guests, and external vendors to ensure seamless operations
- Conduct regular inspections of the lot to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in dealership operations, retail math, or customer service roles such as cashiering or delivery driving
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests and team members
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate a vehicle safely in various conditions and manage manual transmission vehicles confidently
- Bilingual skills are preferred to assist a diverse customer base effectively
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for cash handling and retail transactions
