Join our team as a Lead Vacation Equipment Cleaner and help create safe, fun, and memorable experiences for vacationers visiting the Charleston area. This is more than a 'cleaning rental gear' job - you’ll be cleaning, maintaining, organizing & prepping quality rental beach gear, party games, and baby equipment. You'll also assist the delivery drivers with loading / unloading the rental gear.

What You’ll Do:
- Work outside in an active, hands-on environment in diverse weather - summers are hot here!!
- Ensure all gear is thoroughly cleaned & sanitized after each use - so vacationers enjoy clean, high-quality equipment
- Inspect & maintain gear to ensure it operates properly, safely, and meets our high standards - protecting both travelers and their children
- Load & unload company vehicles & trailers safely (ability to lift up to 45 lbs.)
- Assist with shop organization & rental gear maintenance
- Support other team members & management with daily operations
- Handle additional duties as business needs arise
- May potentially assist with deliveries when needed
Requirements For The Position:
- Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Physical ability to safely lift up to 45 lbs
- Detail-oriented, reliable & safety-conscious
- Weekend availability ideal, especially during peak summer season
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn
