Join our team as a Cleaning Specialist and help create safe, fun, and memorable experiences for vacationers visiting Charleston. This is more than a cleaning job, you’ll be handling premium beach gear, party games, and baby equipment. By cleaning and maintaining this gear correctly every time we ensure our customers have the best experience possible!

What You’ll Do:
- Working outside in an active, hands-on environment in diverse weather
- Set up and break down equipment following precise safety and quality protocols
- Learn the gear - we provide training materials including how-to videos for all of our rental equipment
- Ensure all gear is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use so vacationers enjoy clean, high-quality equipment.
- Inspect and maintain gear to ensure it operates properly, safely, and meets our high standards, protecting both travelers and their children.
- Load and unload vans and trailers safely (Lift up to 45 lbs)
- Assist with shop organization and maintenance
- Support team members and management with daily operations
- Handle additional duties as business needs arise
Requirements For The Position:
- Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Physical ability to safely lift up to 45 lbs
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious
- Weekend availability, especially during peak season
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
What We Offer:
- Starting pay: $17/hour
- Monthly tip-share bonus — distributed proportionally to hours worked, when earned
- Flexible scheduling (10–40 hours/week) for part-time or full-time roles
- Pay increases! Considered after 45-day review
