ABOUT THE ROLE
We are an independently owned outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practice in Suffolk County with over 20 years of serving our community. We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant — full-time or part-time — to join a tight-knit, mentor-driven team. New graduates holding a pending NYS PTA license are warmly encouraged to apply.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE
- Part-Time PTA — Morning shift OR Evening shift · $32–$36/hr
- Full-Time PTA — Morning Evening (split shift) · $34–$38/hr

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Implement individualized treatment plans under PT supervision
- Treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload including post-surgical, sports, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation

- Exposure to Active Release Technique (ART) in real clinical settings
- Manual therapy and orthopedic assessment principles

REQUIREMENTS
- Current or pending NYS Physical Therapist Assistant license (new graduates encouraged)
- Strong communication skills and passion for patient care
