Education Project Manager (K12)

Beable is currently seeking a Project Manager who is as passionate as we are about re-imagining lifelong success for students! As Project Manager, you will use your K12 professional development background to collaborate with district and school administrators to create, manage, and directly support the implementation of Beable across assigned districts. This is a individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President of Customer Success and will involve a combination of onsite training responsibilities and project management.

Primary responsibilities

• Collaborate with district and school administrators, teachers and students to successfully implement Beable's plan.
• Lead school level awareness and listening sessions, working closely with designated school representatives and principals.
• Plan, schedule and conduct onsite and online professional development sessions for district administrators, designated school representatives, teachers, and adult learners.
• Design, deliver and track results of events targeted towards all stakeholders (students, parents, teachers and administrators) that drive Beable awareness and usage, with the ultimate goal of increasing student literacy through extended learning.
• Build a champion model by networking across participating schools to recognize teacher, school and student successes, in collaboration with Beable's Customer Experience team.
• Connect with existing partners in the participating schools to promote Beable access and drive participation.
• Identify needed resources and work with internal marketing, fulfillment and content development teams to develop and roll-out.

Job requirements and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• 5 years K12 professional development experience. Experience with BIE schools is a plus.
• School and/or district level leadership experience, including coaching others to successful outcomes
• Proven track record of working with a broad range of stakeholders, including district-level and/or parent focused programs
• Experience with providing professional development that demonstrates strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Excellent project management skills
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
• Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude
• Ability to travel 60% of the time.
