What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Bartender position at Bea's House?
We have a bar program that focuses on craft cocktails and natural wines. We would prefer to hire an experienced bartender with strong knowledge of wine and spirits. Must have the ability to multitask, good social skills, and a positive attitude! This is a tipped position.
This position requires a kind, friendly demeanor, a good attitude, and the ability to work quickly and under pressure. If you love delicious food, great! Staff food receives a 50% discount (including from our sister restaurants, Frankie's and Pizzeria Boema). Above all, we believe in teamwork, friendliness, and hospitality.
