What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Architect position at BEA Architects?
BEA Architects, an award-winning, internationally recognized firm that provides architectural, engineering, planning, and interior design services, is seeking an in-house Licensed Architect/Project Manager.
- Must have strong project management skills, presentation and communication skills in public speaking
- Generate and manage production of drawings, sketches, and renderings
- Experience with integrating engineering elements into a unified coordinated design
- Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture required
- Professional license in Florida required
- Minimum of 5 years experience providing and managing deliverables of architectural services
- Working knowledge of Florida building codes and design standards as well as life safety NFPA codes.
- Must be highly proficient in Revit, AutoCad Design Suite programs, Microsoft Excel & Word, Microsoft Project for project scheduling.
