Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming emails, ensuring clear and helpful communication
- Create and maintain accurate price sheets and prepare detailed customer estimates
- Review and oversee invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Answer incoming calls from contractors, apartment managers, and clients, providing assistance or directing inquiries as needed
- Organize and track orders to ensure timely processing and delivery
- Maintain and update spreadsheets using Excel to support pricing, orders, and customer records
- Assist with general office coordination to keep workflows efficient and organized
- Manage high-volume workloads during busy seasons while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
