Job Summary - SIGN ON BONUS
We are seeking a fully licensed mental health therapist with a desire to work with clients who endure a variety of mental health challenges including those who are neurodivergent. The ideal candidate will bring enthusisam to provide effective evidence-based practices to our clientele ranging from adolescence-adulthood. We provide psychotherapy and behavioral intervention to individuals and families. Extensive job training available. Current clinicians within the practice specialize in neurodivergence, behavioral intervention, family dynamics, obsessive-compulsive disorder, sports therapy, anxiety and depression. Clinicians with similar interests are encouraged to apply along with clinician's who would like to bring a different expertise to the team.

Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide psychotherapy services to our clients in person at our updated facilities or via telehealth through HIPAA compliant platforms
- Monitor client progress and engage in coordination of care with other medical/ ancillary services
- Provide referrals to individuals and families as needed
- Contribute to a positive work culture and community involvement
- Maintain accurate client electronic medical records and documentation
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Master or Doctoral level degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited university
- State of Michigan professional licensure as a LPC, LMSW, or LLP
- Experience delivering outpatient therapy services to teens, young adults, adults, and families within a private practice or community mental health organization
- Commitment to promoting mental health awareness.
