As a Team Member, you will be responsible for:
Following food safety guidelines !!
Greeting customers with a smile. !!
Taking accurate food orders. !!
Preparing all of Wendy’s World Famous food
Partnering with other Team Members and Managers to meet target goals during your shift
Restaurant Cleanliness
Ensuring items are well stocked
Physical Elements:
Only apply if you are capable of: standing for long periods of time, cleaning grills, mopping floors, lifting boxes, bending to restock shelves and wearing a headset.
You may also need to do small tasks outside and working in the elements.
