About the Role
Be Wicked, a trendsetting brand in swimwear and lingerie, is seeking an Account Executive to drive B2B sales and expand our market reach. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in fashion merchandising, wholesale distribution, and online retail. You will be responsible for building relationships with boutiques, retailers, and e-commerce partners, ensuring our collections are positioned for maximum visibility and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development:o Identify and acquire new B2B accounts (boutiques, department stores, e-commerce platforms).o Maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensuring repeat business.o Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Fashion Merchandising & Market Strategy: Stay ahead of swimwear and lingerie trends to effectively position Be Wicked products. Collaborate with retailers on product selection, inventory planning, and pricing strategies. Provide guidance on visual merchandising to maximize product appeal in stores and online. Client Relations & Account Management:o Act as the main point of contact for wholesale clients, providing exceptional service.o Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and sales meetings with buyers.o Handle order processing, fulfillment coordination, and post-sale support. E-Commerce & Digital Sales: Expand partnerships with online retailers and marketplaces to boost digital sales.o Work with marketing teams to optimize product listings, promotions, and online visibility. Trade Shows & Industry Events:o Represent Be Wicked at fashion trade shows, showroom events, and networking opportunities.o Build brand awareness and generate leads through event participation. Reporting & Performance Analysis:o Track sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to refine strategies.o Prepare regular reports on account growth, sales projections, and revenue performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- experience in B2B sales, wholesale, or account management within the fashion industry. Strong background in swimwear, lingerie, or intimate apparel sales. Experience in fashion merchandising, retail partnerships, and e-commerce sales. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment. Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics, and e-commerce platforms. Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and sales events as needed
