Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Customer Service and Sales role located in Santa Clara, CA. In this role, you will support clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance-related needs. Responsibilities include answering client inquiries, facilitating claims, and managing coverage adjustments. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing insurance advice, and supporting sales efforts by helping individuals and businesses select appropriate coverage options.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Insurance, Insurance Brokerage, and understanding of financial principles
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to assist clients and address their needs effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain insurance options and policies
• Experience in Sales or client relations is a plus
• Proficiency in using insurance-related tools and resources to manage policies and claims
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and insurance licenses are strongly preferred
