What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Assistant position at Be Well Clinical Studies?
Be Well Health is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic college student to serve as a marketing assistant to support our marketing and recruitment department. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience across multiple facets of healthcare marketing communications. The assistant will work closely with our teams at Be Well Memory and Infusion (BWMI) and Be Well Clinical Studies (BWCS) to support impactful projects that make a difference in patient and volunteer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Engagement & Communication
- Support the department’s effort to grow patient satisfaction response through patient interaction strategies.
- Conduct follow-up calls with “lost” patients to support retention and continued care.
- Help coordinate volunteer satisfaction outreach and thank-you messaging after initial visits.
- Engage with the team on marketing strategies to drive more patients into BWH.
Liaison Outreach/Community Involvement
- Support the company liaison by interfacing with prospective referral sources, sharing information about active clinical studies and infusion services.
- Coordinate involvement alongside the team for community relations events that garner positive exposure for BWH.
Marketing Collateral & Vendor Support

Organize and manage print and digital marketing materials for BWMI and BWCS.
Support vendor logistics including scheduling and serving as a welcoming in-clinic host.
Social Media & Interactive Support
- Research and source content ideas for social media campaigns.
- Contribute ideas that align with our mission to inform, educate, and engage the community.
- Oversee the patient newsletter by gathering content, managing the logistics and measuring reach and impact.
Administrative Assistance
- Support other departments as request.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or related field preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional, friendly demeanor and a willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Interest in healthcare or community engagement is a plus
