Who You Are:
You are self starter, friendly, positive & goal-oriented. You enjoy being busy, learning new skills & working with customers. You are looking for a part time position working 15 hours a week.

Role Requirements:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients in person and on the phone in a friendly and professional manner.
- Open and close without assistance
- Checking out clients on the computer
- Properly handle money and cash drawers, accepting credit card payment
- Washing and Folding In House laundry
- Answering phones, emails and messages. Direct calls to individuals and assists clients to schedule appointments
- Sell our Wellness Program in person and over the phone
- Restock office supplies
- Light daily cleaning tasks
Must Have Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service and positive attitude towards clients
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to remain confident and calm under stress
- Ability to sit at a desk and work at a computer
- Ability to work independently
- Computer proficiency and aptitude
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment
- Previous office and customer experience is a plus!
- Team player and enjoy working in a team environment
- Read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Reliable car
